About the Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building a brand from the ground up. If you've built or scaled a marketing function before and want to shape how a premium brand shows up in the market, this role is worth a conversation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Define and drive brand positioning, proposition and communication strategy, building awareness, consideration and preference across relevant segments, and establishing a consistent premium brand identity across all touchpoints
- Lead the overall content and communications agenda across digital and physical channels, overseeing product, collection, corporate and sales collateral, and driving storytelling, PR, media engagement and thought leadership
- Develop and drive digital and social media strategy, building visibility and engagement, driving performance marketing and demand generation, and setting up mechanisms for lead generation, CRM and measurement
- Develop and execute market activation strategy across events, exhibitions, launches and other physical experiences, including dealer and distributor activation,



showroom branding, and relevant partnerships and sponsorships
- Lead marketing strategy for recent products and collections, developing positioning and communication for launches, and working closely with Sales and Product for effective market introduction
- Partner closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing priorities with business objectives, translate market and competitive insights into initiatives, and link marketing activity to commercial outcomes
- Build and develop the marketing team and capabilities as the business scales, establish internal and external resources across creative, digital, PR and events, and own marketing budgets and governance

Who We're Looking For
- 8 to 10 years of relevant marketing experience, including time in a leadership or ownership role
- Proven experience in brand building and end to end marketing, ideally in building materials, consumer dura
