Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs for brand campaigns, presentations, social media, digital communication, branding, web & UI/UX design, motion graphics, print & packaging, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop campaign key visuals, event/activation concepts, mock-ups and other experiential marketing creatives.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually strong and presentation-ready outputs.
- Work closely with the strategy, content, client servicing and activation teams.
- Design and adapt assets across multiple formats including digital, print, motion and packaging requirements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking to every project.
- Create motion graphics and straightforward animations for digital and campaign use.
- Design intuitive UI/UX layouts for web and digital platforms where required.
- Use AI tools for visual ideation, image generation, enhancement, concept visualisation and faster creative development.




- Handle multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.

Required Skills:
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma / UI design tools.
- Basic to intermediate skills in motion graphics tools such as After Effects.
- Good understanding of PowerPoint / presentation design.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar image-generation and creative AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create realistic campaign mock-ups and visualisations.
- Experience working across branding, web & UI/UX, motion graphics, print & packaging, advertising, BTL, experiential, activation or integrated marketing campaigns would be preferred.
- Ability to understand a brief independently and take a design from concept to final execution.
