Incedo Technology is conducting a walk-in drive for experienced Trade Operations Senior Associates.

- Position: Trade Operations Senior Associate
- Experience: 2 years 6 months to 7 years only
- Work Location: Gurugram
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Model: 5 days working from office
- Interview Date: 25 August 2026
- Interview Time: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
- POC: HR Prince Kumar

Role Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate cash, trade, and position reconciliations.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks and determine root causes.
- Reconcile internal accounting information with custodian and bank data.
- Support equities, bonds, mutual funds, and derivatives processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
- Escalate critical or aged issues to the process lead.
- Maintain data integrity and adherence to established SLAs.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation,



and AI-enabled operational initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
- Investment Banking Operations experience
- Cash, trade, or position reconciliation experience
- End-to-end reconciliation knowledge
- Understanding of equities, bonds, mutual funds, and derivatives
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Robust communication skills
- Comfortable working in a night shift
- Willing to work from the office 5 days a week

Preferred Skills
- Intellimatch experience
- Custodian or bank reconciliation exposure
- Break investigation and root-cause analysis
- Process automation or continuous-improvement exposure
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or data-analytics tools
