Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all incoming shipments for the project; act as key point of contact for logistics activities
- Source and negotiate shipping/forwarding/transportation rates (air, sea, land) as per latest Incoterms
- Identify optimal shipping routes considering pick-up/drop-off points, warehousing, customs regulations
- Monitor performance of freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transporters to ensure cost-optimized, on-time delivery
- Work closely with Project Management, Factory Team, Procurement, and Site Material Controller to align deliveries with the Project Purchasing & Shipping Plan
- Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouses; provide regular shipment status updates and monthly import reports
- Prepare complete shipping documentation for customs declarations Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order
- Record receipt of shipments and coordinate unloading
- Manage end-to-end shipment flow from pick-up to drop-off, including documentation and customs compliance




- Verify billings related to logistics activities (courier, shipping, transport, storage)
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions for logistics-related activities
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, Quality Management procedures, and Health & Safety requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Logistics Management or Transport Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics/Transportation, ideally on project-based/EPC shipments
- Experience with an international logistics company, or knowledge of logistics regulations in Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand preferred
- Solid negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP experience an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Meticulous, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision and a sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive, collaborative attitude
