Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and handle all post-trade operations related to commodity trades executed by clients.
- Ensure accurate allocation, matching, and booking of client orders across various commodity contracts.
- Monitor real-time margin requirements, collateral blockages, and mark-to-market (MTM) calculations.
- Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready transactional records and data ledgers for the entire commodity segment in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Generate and submit daily compliance files, end-of-day (EOD) trade logs, and margin status reports to respective commodity exchanges.
- Perform mandatory daily multi-way reconciliations between internal back-office ledgers, exchange clearing files, bank settlement accounts,



and depository balances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and corporate liaison for national commodity exchanges and clearing corporations.
- Proactively manage exchange queries, updates regarding physical delivery logic, circular interpretations, and operational settlement cycles.
- Lead the operational setup, parameters configuration, and technological integration of commodity trading and back-office settlement software.
- Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exchange software upgrades, terminal updates, and custom internal automation patches.
- Collaborate closely with IT vendors and risk management teams to ensure data integrity and system stability prior to going live.
