Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filing requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers,



and internal departments.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist the Finance Manager/Accounts Manager with other accounting and financial activities as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Positive numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Candidates with experience in Tall
