About the Role

Business Skool is looking for a Telecalling Sales Coordinator responsible for connecting with prospective clients through calls, understanding their requirements, explaining Business Skool's Workshop, generating interest, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into Workshop registrations.

The role requires robust communication, confidence, persistence, and the ability to handle regular outbound calling and sales follow-ups.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Generation
- Make regular outbound calls to new and existing leads.
- Connect with assigned prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce Business Skool and explain the relevant Workshop in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate interest and identify potential prospects.
- Maintain regular calling and follow-up activity as per assigned targets.




- Maintain proper records of all calls and lead interactions.

Sales & Lead Conversion
- Explain the Workshop structure, benefits, and process to interested prospects.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify their level of interest.
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects at the right time.
- Coordinate with the BDM for qualified leads requiring further discussion.
- Support conversion of interested prospects into confirmed Workshop registrations.

BDM Meeting Coordination
- Schedule Zoom meetings between qualified prospects and the BDM.
- Coordinate meeting timings with the BDM and prospect.
- Share relevant prospect information with the BDM before the meeting.
- Send meeting confirmations and reminders.
- Follow up after the meeting for the next action or payment.

Payment Follow-up
- Follow up with interested/committed clients regarding pending payments.
