PFB the JD:-
- Review, analysis and reconciliation of billing, discount structures, credit notes, debit notes, TNPs, SNRs. Timely release of service charges to business partners. Ensuring that SOPs with respect to different business models i.e. CCs / DCs / HLMs / SISs / CEP / L Code etc are followed and any deviations are highlighted for corrective action.
- Timely submission of bills for services rendered and subsequent recovery and reconciliation of AR.
- Preparation of Business Plans, Budgets (Annual / Monthly) for submission to senior management to assist in future business planning and decision making.
- Variance Analysis of Actual Expenditure v/s Budgeted Expenditure.
- MIS preparation and onward submission (monthly / weekly basis) to senior management to assist in business analysis, course correction (if required),



decision making.
- Preparation of Financial Statements for statutory audit, tax audit report, handling audit queries and finalization of books of accounts.
- Ensuring physical stock verification at all labs and warehouses on a monthly basis. Posting of consumption data in SAP basis physical stock take. Comparison of physical stock take report v/s daily consumption sheet prepared by labs and highlighting the variances if any.
- Coordinating b/w SAP and Labmate teams for integration / automation of revenue and consumption posting. Development of current reports in labmate and SAP as per business requirements.
