We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The architect will ensure the platform is scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with business goals while following ServiceNow best practices.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
- Define platform standards, data models, integrations, and governance frameworks
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Act as the technical authority for all ServiceNow implementations
- Guide developers and administrators on design patterns, scripting, and configuration
- Review and approve solution designs, customizations, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs
- Lead complex implementations, upgrades, and migrations
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs




- Enforce configuration vs. customization decisions
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards
- Define upgrade, release, and deployment strategies
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams
- Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor internal teams and provide technical leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level responsibilities
- Robust expertise in ITSM (mandatory); experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM preferred
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data model & CMDB
- Glide scripting (JavaScript)
- Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
- ACLs, security, and performance optimization
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server)

Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Spec
