Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Job Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong electrical and technical expertise to manage plant maintenance activities, electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and team/contractor coordination.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems and plant equipment while minimizing downtime.

Job Key Skills & Competencies (Mandatory): -

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance will be preferred.Experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment will be an added advantage.

The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of:

Industrial electrical maintenance, HT/LT electrical panels and distribution systems,



Electrical control panels, HVAC systems and electrical controls, Induction motors and other industrial motors, VFDs and motor control systems, Relays and overload protection, Dual starters / motor starters, MCB, RCCB, MCCB and other protection devices, Motor tripping and overload fault diagnosis, Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting, Preventive and breakdown maintenance & Electrical safety practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams
- Good contractor and vendor management skills
- Ability to prioritize breakdowns and maintenance activities based on plant requirements
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime
- Ability to maintain maintenance documentation and prepare reports.
