Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Production Operator role in chemical manufacturing, based in Kota. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical processing machinery, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining production lines to meet daily output targets. The role involves measuring and handling raw materials, overseeing mixing and processing steps, and documenting production parameters in logs or systems. The operator will perform basic equipment checks, identify and report deviations, and support quality control through routine inspections and sample collection. The position also includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines, communicating with shift supervisors and team members, and participating in on-the-job training and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working on Production Lines within a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.




- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including basic inspection, sampling, and adherence to process standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and support functions.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to follow structured instructions and participate in skill development programs.
- Relevant experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing operations is beneficial.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, handling of chemicals, and basic equipment maintenance is an advantage.
- A high school diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in manufacturing, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and follow safety protocols consistently is required.
