Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the automotive dealership, ensuring timely hiring of sales, service, workshop, body shop, spare parts, and support-function employees as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements from Sales, Service, Workshop, Body Shop, Spare Parts, Finance, and Administration departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and local recruitment networks.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Negotiate salary and finalize candidates within approved budgets.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

2. Automotive Dealership Hiring





Handle recruitment for positions such as:
- Sales Executives / Sales Consultants
- Sales Managers / Team Leaders
- Service Advisors
- Technicians / Mechanics
- Body Shop Technicians
- Denters & Painters
- Spare Parts Executives
- Warranty Executives
- Customer Relationship Executives
- Drivers / Helpers
- Back-office and administrative staff

3. Recruitment MIS & Documentation
- Maintain daily and monthly recruitment trackers.
- Track vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain candidate database and talent pool.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of recent joiners.

4. Candidate & Employee Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct pre-joining follow-ups to reduce offer dropouts.
