Sales Executive (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift: US Shift (5:30PM - 2:30AM)
Joining: Immediate preferred

Renummeration & Perks :-

Freshers :- 25k per month
Experienced(1 year+) :- 30k-35k per month.

Mandatory Requirements:-

* Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

* Candidates should be confident and comfortable with customer communication.

* Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:-

Strong understanding of US logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain operations.
Lead generation and client acquisition expertise.
Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify current business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.




Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer logistics and supply chain requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Logistics Sales, Freight Brokerage, Transportation, or Supply Chain Services.
Excellent verbal and written English communication ski
