Responsible for dialysis technician training, competency development, clinical process standardisation, quality improvement and digital adoption across the Lord’s Renal dialysis network.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver induction and refresher training for dialysis technicians.
- Develop competency assessments and certification programs.
- Standardise dialysis SOPs and clinical practices.
- Conduct quality audits and support CAPA implementation.
- Train teams on RenalOS and digital workflows.
- Support recent centre commissioning and technician onboarding.
- Develop training manuals,
SOPs and competency checklists.
- Support accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology or Allied Health Sciences.
- 10–15 years of dialysis experience.
- Minimum 3 years in technician training, competency development or clinical education.
- Experience in dialysis quality, infection control or audits preferred.
- Multi-centre dialysis experience preferred.
- Comfortable using healthcare technology and digital systems.
Pay: ₹237,675.44 - ₹500,000.00 per year
