Position
Health Insurance Sales Executive – Telecalling
Salary
Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 per month
Salary will be applicable as per company performance and policy terms.
Monthly Target
Minimum Target: 10 Health Insurance Policies per month
Expected Target: 10–12 Health Insurance Policies per month
3-Day Trial Period
Trial Duration: 3 Days
Trial Target: Minimum 1 successful Health Insurance Policy sale
Successful completion of the trial period is mandatory for final selection.
The candidate’s sales ability, customer handling skills, and product knowledge will be evaluated during the trial.
Job Responsibilities – Telecalling
Call customers using company-provided customer data and leads.
Explain Health Insurance plans, features, coverage, and benefits to customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Achieve sales conversions through telecalling.
Assist customers with the policy application and documentation process.
Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports.
Follow company guidelines and applicable insurance compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales / Health Insurance is mandatory.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid customer handling and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and online applications.
Previous experience in telecalling or insurance sales will be preferred.
Lead/Data Policy
The company will provide customer data/leads.
Candidates will be required to make calls using company-provided data and convert interested customers into sales.
Candidates are not required to arrange their own personal sources or customer data.
