Role Purpose:

This role is responsible for building and monetizing current, non-traditional revenue streams for the organization's India business. It operates parallel to the existing RSM function and is pan-India in scope, cutting across regions.

Job Function:

New Business and Revenue Innovation:
- Identify, conceptualize, and drive new sales-led revenue opportunities beyond traditional cinema advertising.

Design Partnership Frameworks that go beyond media buys, including:
- Cinema naming rights and long-term venue partnerships
- Product and brand integrations within the cinema environment
- Sponsored trailer blocks and ad segments
- Seat branding, auditorium takeovers, and immersive brand zones
- Co-created IPs, events, and premium sponsorship opportunities

Partnership Development:
- Pitch end-to-end partnership ideas to national and large regional brands across categories.
- Engage with senior brand marketers, media heads, and agency leadership to close high-value, long-term partnerships.




- Build strategic alliances that position the organization as a premium experiential media platform, not just an advertising medium.

Sales Enablement:
- Create compelling sales narratives, decks, and presentations for bespoke opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, programming, finance) to convert ideas into executable, scalable solutions.

Revenue Ownership and Governance:
- Own targets specific to special projects and innovations.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline.
