Role Description

The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division,



responsible for driving sales growth and branch performance for ProMunim’s accounting and financial service offerings. This role oversees branch-level business development, including identifying new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting the company’s services to enterprises and professionals in the region. The Branch Sales Manager will lead and mentor the branch sales team, set and monitor targets, track key performance metrics, and ensure adherence to company processes and customer service standards. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, coordinating with internal departments to deliver seamless service, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives.
