JOB DESCRIPTION

SALES EXECUTIVE

1. Role Purpose

The sales Coordinator - B&I; - will support the Zonal Sales Manager and Sales Team by

managing the complete proposal-to-order coordination cycle. The role is responsible for

preparing and submitting proposals, following up with clients, coordinating with internal

sales and operations teams, maintaining Salesforce discipline, supporting contract review

and sales-to-operations handover, and ensuring that project credentials and client

engagement records are accurate and updated.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Creation, Qualification and Salesforce Management

• Create, update and maintain leads, opportunities, proposals, client interactions and

pipeline status in Salesforce.

• Generate, qualify and route sales leads to the appropriate B&I; sales owner, product

line or service line.

• Ensure Salesforce data hygiene, timely updates, proposal upload, opportunity stage

movement and accurate follow-up notes.

• Maintain chance pipeline trackers and support the ZSM with sales funnel

visibility,



ageing analysis and conversion tracking.

B. Proposal and Quotation Management

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and oer documents for

B&I; services, including Geotechnical, NDT, PMC, QA/QC, HSE and Laboratory

services.

• Review RFQs/RFPs and coordinate internally to gather technical scope, commercial

inputs, compliance requirements, assumptions, exclusions and submission

formats.

• Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, client-compliant, commercially aligned

and submitted within agreed timelines.

• Maintain updated proposal templates, standard scope descriptions, commercial

formats, credentials and supporting documents.

C. Client Communication and Follow-up

• Send proposals/quotations to clients and ensure timely acknowledgement and

response tracking.

• Follow up regularly with clients for clarification, negotiation status, proposal

feedback, order confirmation and next steps.
