About The Role
As a
Deputy Director – HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor)
, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to leadership across Myntra’s core commercial business units.

In this senior IC capacity, you will collaborate closely with VPs and Senior Directors to align people strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for driving organizational design, talent management, performance culture, and change management initiatives to support the growth of these high-impact portfolios.
