About the Role

We are looking for a
Site Engineer
to independently oversee our upcoming building project in Nagpur. This is a single-point responsibility role where you will be responsible for interpreting drawings, supervising daily site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Study and verify architectural and structural drawings; raise RFIs for clarifications
- Set out grids, levels, column positions, and other reference points on site
- Supervise daily construction activities including civil work, reinforcement, formwork, and concreting
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor material usage, coordinate procurement, and minimize wastage
- Conduct quality checks (reinforcement detailing, formwork alignment,



concrete slump, cube sampling, etc.)
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation and records
- Liaise with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site compliance requirements
- Coordinate with labor and subcontractors to maintain schedule and productivity

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of hands-on site experience in building construction projects
- Good understanding of structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic MS Excel
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve on-site problems
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
