Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. This role is responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities for residential and commercial rooftop solar solutions within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential customers, understanding their energy needs,



preparing proposals, conducting product presentations, and supporting them through the subsidy and installation process. The Area Sales Manager will manage local channel partners, coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth execution, and track sales performance against targets. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, regular reporting, and participation in local marketing and promotional activities to grow Solar Smart’s presence.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, territory management, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
