Job Description:

1. To assist HR Team in Human Resource Planning Process

2. To assist the HR team in scrutinizing of Profiles, Selection Process,

offer letter preparation, joining Formalities, Appointment Order

Preparation. End - to -End recruitment process

3. To assist the team in preparation of Job analysis, job description,

Job specifications for all the designations based on the norms of the

Organization / UGC

4. Kownledge in Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri job portals.

5. To maintain the employee records properly. To help for making the

Service book for each and every employee in an Organization

6. To have ability to handle HRMIS

7.



To assist the entire team of this university during the Committee

visits. Data should be provided as per the committee requirement.

8. Ability to maintain records as per the committee requirement. To

have knowledge on Statutory Compliances. Knowledge about the

Government offices which are related to the HR activities.

9. To assist the HR team in Conducting exit interviews of faculty and

staff who are resigning.

To carry out any other work assigned from time to time by the Management.
