- Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Identify current vendors and opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong understanding of strategic procurement principles, including risk assessment, negotiation techniques, and contract administration.
- Proven track record in developing strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive mutual benefit.
