Job Description
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBA, BTS, and telecom equipment.
- Analyze circuit voltage and signals using board views and circuit diagrams.
- Identify electronic components and understand their functions within the circuit.
- Perform advanced-level PCBA repair, rework, debugging, and testing.
- Analyze test results, identify faults, and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare and support the development of troubleshooting guidelines and repair procedures.
- Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to L1 and L2 technicians for skill development.
- Repair and troubleshoot BTS cards and related equipment, including:
- Control Cards
- Channel Cards
- Duplexers
- RRH
- Microcells
- MMU
- DWDM Equipment
- Work on telecom technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
- Understand communication and RF concepts such as:
- Modulation & Demodulation
- Uplink & Downlink Frequency
- TX & RX
- VSWR
- SNR
- Perform testing using equipment such as:
- Multimeter
- CRO
- Signal Generator
- Frequency Generator
- Spectrum Analyzer
- Power Meter
- Frequency Counter
- RACAL
- Analyze input and output signals and voltage levels in digital and RF circuit sections.
- Perform flash programming using relevant programming tools.
- Repair and debug electronic boards using JTAG software, FTJ Loader, and Flash Programmers.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate testing, repair, and documentation of repaired products.
