We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support for hardware, networking, and system-related issues within the organization. Responsibilities
- Hardware Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including system failures and peripheral problems.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when required.
- Maintain records of hardware inventory and device allocation.
- Networking Support
- Assist in managing LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure secure network performance.
- Support installation and configuration of network devices and cables.




- Monitor network systems and report connectivity or performance issues.
- System Maintenance
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain user access, system backups, and security settings.
- Ensure antivirus and security software are updated regularly.
- User Support Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize operational downtime.
- Assist users with software installation and troubleshooting support.
- Documentation Coordination
- Maintain records of IT assets, system configurations, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for IT requirements.
