Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement BIM models for various projects.
- Create detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the engineering team to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into the BIM model.
- Develop and maintain documentation of the BIM model, including drawings and reports.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for BIM modeling.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices, including data management and collaboration.
- Proficiency in BIM software,
such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes, with a robust desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
