We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can own paid campaigns end-to-end and drive measurable growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a broad, hands on performance role beyond paid ads, it spans landing pages, funnels, SEO, and email automation, so you’re always driving results across the full growth stack.

The Agency Reality

We’re an agency, which means you’ll manage performance for several clients in parallel, in a fast-paced setting. Before you apply, know that the role involves:
- Managing several clients’ campaigns and growth channels at once
- Real accountability for CPR, CPL, ROAS, and results
- Fast optimisation cycles and shifting client priorities
- Direct ownership, the numbers are yours
- Occasional late-evening calls with overseas (US) clients, as needed

Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple clients and objectives, lead generation, sales / e-commerce, app installs, traffic, awareness, and retargeting.
- Own full-funnel campaign strategy, audience, account structure, budget allocation, and optimisation to hit CPR, CPL, ROAS, and quality targets.
- Build basic landing pages and conversion funnels to support campaigns.
- Write clear, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and funnels.
- Set up and manage email marketing and automation flows (nurture, drip, re-engagement).
- Handle on-page and basic SEO to grow organic traffic and support paid performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / GA4, conversion events).
- Brief the creative team on the ad creatives each campaign n
