Job Summary

The Technical Documentation Engineer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, maintaining, and controlling project-related technical documentation. The role involves coordination with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure timely generation and approval of documents such as ATP, QTP, SOPs, work instructions, technical reports, compliance documents, and customer deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Documentation Management
- Prepare, template, review, and maintain technical documents as per project and customer requirements.
- Develop and manage Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), Qualification Test Plans (QTP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Technical Specifications, and Test Reports.
- Ensure document consistency, completeness, traceability, and version control.
- Maintain document revision history and change management records.

Document Review & Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project teams for document preparation and approval.




- Review technical documents for accuracy, formatting, compliance, and completeness.
- Follow up with stakeholders for document reviews, comments, and approvals.
- Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are incorporated into documentation.

Compliance & Configuration Control
- Maintain controlled copies of project documents and records.
- Support audits by providing documentation and traceability records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, customer, and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Support configuration management and document release processes.

Project Support
- Track documentation milestones and deliverables for ongoing projects.
- Prepare documentation status reports and support project review meetings.
- Coordinate submission of technical documents to customers and regulatory agencies.
- Support engineering change requests and document updates.
