Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an education center. The candidate will be responsible for managing center operations, student experience, admissions, staff coordination, sales support, and overall campus performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the education center.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and student-support activities.
- Supervise and coordinate teaching, counselling, front-office, and support staff.
- Monitor student admissions, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales/admission team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents and address their concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper scheduling of classes, faculty availability, and classroom utilization.
- Monitor student attendance, feedback, and overall satisfaction.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective delivery of courses and programs.
- Handle student and parent grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor center expenses, inventory, facilities, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions, revenue, attendance, staff performance, and center operations.
- Support local marketing activities, seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and promotional events.
- Identify opportunities to improve admissions, student retention, and overall center performance.
- Ensure the campus maintains a professional, safe, and student-friendly environment.
