Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, etc.

2. Configure, prepare, and deploy workstations (Windows/macOS) for recent hires. Ensure secure asset retrieval and account deprovisioning during offboarding.

3. Maintain accurate, real-time records of asset assignments, inventory, and licensing in the asset management system.

4. Set up and manage user accounts, group policies, and access rights across various platforms (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, internal systems).

5. Ensure all endpoints adhere to the company's security policies, including antivirus deployment, patch management, and necessary security configurations.

6. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, printer, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.

7. Address unique IT needs for the Call Center environment, including headset configurations, softphone setup, and specialized application access.

8. Install and maintain office printers, scanners, and conference room A/V equipment.

9. Install, configure, test,



and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools

10. Ensure all endpoints adhere to the company's security policies, including antivirus deployment, patch management, and necessary security configurations.

11. Troubleshoot basic LAN/WLAN issues, ensuring reliable connectivity for end-users.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a dedicated Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or IT Technician role.

2. Strong administration and support experience with either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

3. Expert-level knowledge of troubleshooting and configuring both Windows and macOS environments.

4. Proven ability to troubleshoot network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPNs, and basic wireless issues.

5. Previous experience supporting a fast-paced startup environment or high-volume Call Center operations.
