You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation and ensuring high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- 8-15 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable front-end applications
- Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design)
- Solid proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript , npm , and modern build tooling
- Strong experience with system integration : REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations




- Proven experience in production deployment & support , including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering
- Solid knowledge of Git , branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) and secure engineering practices (auth, encryption, compliance basics)

Key Competencies
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Python/Node.js (backend)
- Build and integrate GenAI-powered features (e.g., chat copilots, summarization, extraction, search, automation) into real customer workflows
- Implement Agentic AI systems that can reliably use tools, call APIs, follow workflows, and operate with strong safety/guardrails
- Design systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and forward compatibility
