Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out
to lead end-to-end execution of commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or workplace interior projects. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines while managing cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors,



and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Manage the complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from project handover to final closure.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting timelines or budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review project milestones.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and address escalations effectively.

Team & Vendor Management
