Key Responsibilities
- Answer Calls: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from patients, families, and doctors.
- Schedule Appointments: Book, change, or cancel patient appointments using electronic health record systems.
- Verify Information: Check patient details, contact numbers, and insurance coverage.
- Route Communications: Transfer urgent calls or messages to the correct medical departments or clinical staff.
- Maintain Privacy: Protect patient data and follow strict HIPAA rules for confidentiality.
- Resolve Issues: Address patient complaints with empathy and skilled customer service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
