Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee dispatch, packing, inventory coordination, and material delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of finished goods while coordinating closely with customers, sales, transporters, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and verify monthly transporter bills and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain and update monthly inventory records for Finished Goods (FG) and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
- Conduct daily ADP meetings with concerned departments to coordinate dispatch activities.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute timely dispatches.




- Manage and supervise the FG and Packing team.
- Follow up with customers and transporters regarding material delivery and ensure timely delivery as per schedule.
- Handle independent material delivery coordination and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between dispatch, packing, sales, customers, and transportation teams.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of supply chain management and material delivery operations. Robust leadership, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, time management, stress management, and team-handling skills are required.
