About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Taxation professional with robust exposure to Indirect Taxation and Transfer Pricing. The candidate will be responsible for handling tax compliance, advisory, documentation, reconciliations, transfer pricing assignments and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Note: This role does not include GST-related responsibilities. The focus will be on other areas of Indirect Taxation and Transfer Pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesIndirect Taxation
- Handle non-GST indirect tax matters and related compliances.
- Review applicable indirect tax laws, rules and regulations.
- Assist in tax assessments, audits, notices and departmental queries.
- Prepare and maintain tax-related working papers, reconciliations and documentation.
- Provide tax inputs and support for business transactions and agreements.
- Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and communicate their impact to the management.




- Coordinate with external consultants and tax authorities, wherever required.

Transfer Pricing
- Assist in Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory assignments.
- Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation and related reports.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Form 3CEB and other applicable TP compliances.
- Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking studies for related-party transactions.
- Review inter-company transactions and agreements from a Transfer Pricing perspective.
- Assist in determining and documenting Arm’s Length Price (ALP).
- Support Transfer Pricing assessments, notices and responses.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders for TP-related matters.

General Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tax compliances and deliverables.
