Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.

Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve guest concerns effectively.

Coordinate with department heads for smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor staff performance, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.

Manage operational costs, inventory, and wastage.

Drive team training, discipline, and service standards.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and statutory requirements.

Work with senior management on operational planning and performance improvement.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations.

Prior experience in a similar managerial role.

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of hotel SOPs, guest relations, and cost control.

Experience in 4-star or premium resorts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
