Production Manager / Plant Head - Corrugation Packaging - Uttarakhand (Rudrapur)
Responsibilities
- Handling production equipment (e.g. operation, maintenance)
- Monitoring product shipment
- Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
- Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
- Ensure shipping procedures are timely
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce and raw materials etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report to Top Management
Requirements
- Candidate should have minimum 10 years in handling corrugation packaging unit
