Role Description
This is a full time, hybrid Founder's Office role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The person in this role will support the founders across strategic planning, execution, and project management, including tracking key initiatives and preparing dashboards, summaries, and follow-ups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and business research, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams,
and ensuring timely completion of critical projects. The role also involves drafting communications, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and proactively identifying operational or business gaps. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with leadership, handling varied responsibilities, and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced consumer brand.
