We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager responsible for managing commercial operations, distributor relationships, claims, margins, and trade-related issues. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth business operations and minimize commercial losses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve distributor claims, ensuring timely validation, settlement, and closure.
- Handle distributor gap resolution, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with relevant teams for corrective action.
- Monitor and manage product margins, pricing structures, discounts, and commercial schemes.
- Manage expiry and damage claims, including verification, reconciliation, approvals, and settlement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and distributors to resolve commercial discrepancies.
- Review distributor accounts and identify commercial leakages, outstanding claims, and financial discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain effective processes for claim validation and settlement.
- Analyze commercial data and prepare MIS reports,



dashboards, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial agreements, and approval processes.
- Support negotiations with distributors and internal stakeholders to achieve commercially viable resolutions.
- Identify recurring commercial issues and recommend process improvements to reduce future claims and losses.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of claims, settlements, margins, and distributor reconciliations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Commercial Management, Distributor Management, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations.
- Robust knowledge of claims settlement, distributor reconciliation, margin management, and expiry/damage resolution.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and comm
