We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow SkillWing Academy’s online presence. The ideal candidate should understand social media marketing, content strategy, lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, and digital analytics.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, and other online platforms.
- Manage SkillWing Academy’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and coordinate content calendars, campaigns, posts, reels, and promotional content.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility.




- Develop lead-generation campaigns targeting parents and students in international markets.
- Analyze website and campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Research competitors, market trends, audience behavior, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing; solid candidates with relevant hands-on experience may also be considered.
