About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Development professional – I
ngredients
& Formulation Sales
to drive B2B business growth across nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, wellness, functional food, and health & nutrition brands.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
consultative sales, formulation solutions, nutraceutical ingredients, or related technical sales
,



with the ability to understand customer requirements and work closely with R&D; teams to develop the right solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new
B2B sales opportunities
for liposomal and customized formulation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from
lead generation to closure
.
- Build relationships with
brand owners, R&D; teams, formulators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
.
- Understand customer product requirements and coordinate with the
R&D;/Formulation team
to propose suitable solutions.
- Present product and formulation capabilities to prospective customers and conduct business discussions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and drive successful deal closure.
- Develop new accounts and drive
repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling
.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer data, and activity reports through CRM.
