We’re looking for a
Senior Recruiter who can spot excellent leaders before everyone else does.
If you can close senior talent, handle hiring managers, and somehow convince people with 90-day notice periods to move faster — we want to meet you.

What you’ll do
- Own
leadership and senior-level hiring
end-to-end.
- Partner with business leaders to understand what they
*actually*
need (not just what the JD says).
- Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Drive a smooth candidate experience from first call to joining day.
- Use data, networks, LinkedIn, and your recruiter instincts to find the right talent.

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
, with strong exposure to
leadership hiring
.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple critical mandates.
- Blue-collar hiring experience is a big plus.
