Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat related to orders, products, payments, deliveries, and services.
- Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about Supply6 products, including product benefits, usage instructions, ingredients, and other product-related queries.
- Resolve issues related to payments, shipping, delivery delays, damaged products, and product availability.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic,



and solution-oriented approach while handling customer concerns.
- Proactively encourage prepaid orders, repeat purchases, and customer retention through relevant offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve customer and order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to improve customer experience and support processes.
- Work towards defined customer support metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Nutrition, or Wellness is preferred.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Hindi and/or Kannada is preferred.
