We are seeking an Associate Vice President to work with clients to advise them on how they can simplify their group structures. This role will be based in India and will collaborate closely with global teams in UK and Europe region .
You will be involved throughout all stages of the simplification lifecycle, working as part of a team to advise clients on how to dispose of and reorganise corporate entities, realise assets, resolve outstanding issues such as the settlement of creditor claims and assist in the distribution of the surplus assets to shareholders.
