Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for lateral hiring positions within the organization.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer extension.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or human resource recruiting.
- Proven track record in lateral hiring, particularly in management consulting or qualified services industries.
- Strong understanding of the market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.

Monday to Saturday ( 2 and 3 Saturday off )
