Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sourcing channels, job portals, and external recruitment agencies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job specifications, and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate applicants for skill alignment, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Oversee interview scheduling, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure timely updates for all candidates.
- Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth closure of open roles.
- Maintain candidate engagement from offer acceptance through onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),



and generate accurate MIS reports.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Com, B.E., B.Tech, MBA, or PGDM).
- Experience:
5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a global MNC.
- Functional Skills:
Strong knowledge of major job portals, ATS/hiring software, and recruitment compliance standards.
- Competencies:
Data-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and explicit written/verbal communication.
