- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for home care services.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
- Meet potential clients and understand their home care requirements.
- Promote home nursing, elderly care, patient care, and other home care services.
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Follow up with clients and referral sources to convert leads into service opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations and care teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client and referral partner records and prepare regular business reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve business development targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
