- Data Transform, Correspondence, Validation & Decision Rules
- Report Definition, List/Summary Views & Dashboards
- Pega integrations: SOAP, MQ, SQL or File
- Case Management, Service Management & Knowledge Base
- Designer Studio, RuleSets, Rule Versioning, Page List/Page Group
- Unit Testing & DevOps
- Pega CSA certification preferred
- Telecom domain experience is an added advantage
