About the Role

*We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Hotel Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating front office and housekeeping activities, handling guest requirements, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, and ensuring smooth hotel operations.*

*Freshers with good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality, front office, or related roles will be preferred.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate hotel staff, including front office and housekeeping.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor room availability, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out activities.
- Manage staff duties, attendance, and daily work allocation.
- Maintain guest service and hotel quality standards.
- Monitor daily bookings and occupancy.




- Maintain basic operational records and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Ensure hotel safety, cleanliness, and discipline standards are followed.
- Support management in improving guest satisfaction and hotel occupancy.

Requirements:
- Fresher or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and take responsibility for hotel operations.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹18,000 per month
