Digital Marketing Executive

This role will be responsible for planning, executing and managing Digital Marketing campaigns for MIS Technologies and its clients across the UAE and GCC. The role requires a hands-on professional with robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Local SEO, Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Strategy. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Management, Sales, SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative and Web Development teams to improve campaign performance, generate qualified leads and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies based on client objectives and target audience.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Local SEO and social media.
- Research audiences, competitors and market opportunities.

Performance Marketing:
- Set up, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, targeting, creatives, keywords, CPL, CTR and conversion rates.




- Conduct A/B testing and implement campaign optimization strategies.

Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Develop and optimize campaigns focused on generating qualified leads.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion performance.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages, offers, messaging and customer journeys.

SEO & Local SEO:
- Coordinate with the SEO team to improve organic search visibility.
- Setup Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Local SEO strategies.
- Monitor rankings, local visibility and competitor activity.

Client Support & Reporting:
- Lead client meetings and understand marketing requirements.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Track KPIs including leads, CPL, conversions, ROI/ROAS and traffic.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative, Web Development and Sales teams.
